There is no set wheel pattern as each PWC and situation can be unique. If you have a trailer for your PWC, start by measuring the bunks on your trailer. You can use those measurements to match up the wheels on the port. If a trailer is not available, start with all wheels on side. Then load and unload your PWC checking where the jet ski hits on the port and adjust as needed.
